Polypropylene pipe RVC

Photo: RVK polypropylene pipeThe Russian company "Plastik," whose products are manufactured under the RVC brand, was founded in 1989. Its specialty is the manufacture of plastic pipe products and fittings used in plumbing and heating systems.

This narrow focus has earned the manufacturer the title of expert in polypropylene mesh production. RVC's pipe-rolling materials offer a line of exceptionally high-quality products.

We use raw materials and equipment from European companies for production. The company's craftsmen undergo ongoing training at European facilities.

The company was recognized with an award "European standard", and its products deservedly bear the title "European".

The excellent quality of our products and the precision of our streamlined logistics network have earned us the trust of some of the world's largest manufacturers. This company collaborates with renowned construction firms and installation companies.

For example, the French hypermarket chain Leroy Merlin has long been a preferred choice for polypropylene pipe products and fittings from RVC. It's also worth noting that RVC products have received all the necessary certifications.

It is particularly noteworthy that RVC has opened a testing laboratory and utilizes the resources of leading domestic testing institutes to test materials for long-term use.

Design and application features

RVC's polypropylene products meet all the requirements of international standards and are successfully used in various water supply systems, in the heating network, for transporting air and various chemicals.

The advantages of this product include:

  • very long service life;
  • do not require painting;
  • are easy to install;
  • light weight;
  • low heat loss during use;
  • limescale deposits and microorganisms harmful to human health do not form inside such pipelines throughout their entire service life;
  • have a low coefficient of hydraulic resistance;
  • These pipe-rolling materials have excellent acoustic insulation and the pipeline installed from them operates almost silently;
  • absence of galvanic couples;
  • high resistance to the influence of solvents, acids and chemical reagents.
  • high frost resistance, which is very important for our climate conditions; if water freezes in such pipes, then they do not burst, they can only increase in diameter, and when the liquid thaws, the blanks acquire their previous parameters;
  • RVC pipes do not in any way change the biological composition of the water that passes through them.

About the RVC philosophy in 6 minutes
Fiber reinforced polypropylene pipe, manufactured by a Russian manufacturer RVC is available in a wide range of products, making it possible to solve any network installation problem, no matter how complex.

Advantages of fiber-reinforced pipes

RVC fiber-reinforced polypropylene pipes are produced in multilayers. They are marked PN 25 (PP-R/Al/PP-R)Their diameter varies from 2 to 5 cm.

Compared to similar materials with a reinforced interlayer located on the outer surface, in this case it is placed in the middle of the blank walls. These pipes do not require conventional cleaning.

This is facilitated by a unique production process that uses ultrasound to weld aluminum foil and secure it between layers with a special adhesive. The special properties of these polypropylene pipes have made them very popular with installers.

A high-quality solution for the rapid installation of RVC pipes and fittings

  • Regular pipes require stripping, but fiber-reinforced pipes do without this; only facing is recommended for them.
  • Setting up cleaning tools takes time, but when working with reinforced workpieces this need is eliminated.
  • When laying standard reinforced pipes, labor costs are 40% higher than those of standard polypropylene pipes. However, when laying multilayer pipes, labor costs are the same as those of standard PP pipes.
  • Reinforced pipes have high requirements for the cleaning performed, while "RVK" polypropylene is less demanding in terms of cutting quality.
  • When using conventional reinforced polypropylene pipes, swelling often occurs; in multilayer products, this occurrence is minimized, thanks to the top layer of polypropylene.
  • Multilayer pipes "RVK" have very low coefficient of linear elongationIn this respect, they are considered equivalent to metal pipe materials.
  • It's worth noting that conventional rolled pipes are permeable to oxygen, but using RVC reinforced pipes eliminates this problem. This property of multilayer products increases the service life of radiators by at least four times.
  • All RVC pipes undergo three levels of quality control. These include: product testing in our in-house laboratory; random inspection on production lines; and products are only approved for serial production after positive assessments from our own installation companies.

There are virtually no negative consumer reviews regarding RVC pipes. There are only occasional complaints about that the sizes of the products varyHowever, RVC is implementing European approaches to manufacturing.

Here, the equipment is selected with particular care and high-performance molds are developed. This guarantees improved product quality.

Manufacturers are investing heavily in expanding their product range and upgrading their products. As a result, RVC polypropylene pipes are traditionally of the highest quality, yet still reasonably priced.
